I joined Cute right before the new format change and I never found out how to do things like upload designs. I tried a couple of times but was not successful. Today is my first day back to Cute and now I can't even find where to go to try again. I had wanted to share a Valentine. Can anyone point me in the right direction, the support page did not open, and I find no FAQs to guide me. Any help would be much appreciated !

Next to Community you see Projects and then in red Designs By Cuties. Go there and click Upload. Remeber that your filenames should be letters and numbbers only, no symbols, no spaces. So 'flower1' would be OK, 'flower 1' and 'flower#1' would give an error message. You can upload more than 1 picture at the time, just click 'select a file' under point 2 again.
Same applies to uploading different formats under point 6.
You can only upload your own designs, so 'original artwork' should not be your name unless you made the drawing yourself, otherwise give the source and make sure you are licensed to use the clipart/drawing/picture.

Thank you Martine! I remember you helping me before the first time I tried to do this before the changes and before the holidays! LOL

You actually bring up a point Michelle-we don't have the FAQ option like most other sites have-along with about us and a more direct contact us option...wonder why???(sorry-those stupid support tickets take forever).

If you go to the top of this page there are all the headings for designs and freebies, click design and that will bring you to all that is available. click on the design that you want and you will have options, do not place the design in your cart but instead click on the green download (for members only) button, choose your format and then download, hope this helps
