Does anyone know how to contact Cute cross stitch? I submitted a ticket because an alphabet I bought always downloads as corrupt. Every format is this way. This has been about a week ago. No, I don't have a virus. Thanks.

Like tilde wrote it is maybe the shorter way to write a PM (=private message) to test aka Miss Veronika/ pageowner that the files did not dl properly.
You find the PRIVATE-tab on top of the community-page.

Down at the very bottom of the Cute Cross stitch is a link that says "Contact Us". Click on that and you can contact them that way. or you could do a PM to Miss Veronika on this site and let her know of your problem. her name for pm is test
