Have you tried using 2 layers of stabilizer, one going crosswise the other going lengthwise? i don't know why but for some reason this often works with dense designs.

Do email Cindy, she is a very nice person and will be glad to help. Or join her yahoo group for another place to ask questions.

As long as you have enough stabilizer both on top and bottom and you still have problem, it is best to contact the designer.

I do believe you need to let the designer know how much trouble you are having.

I have sewn them out on kitchen towels - also found the outlines to be a bit "dense" by a lack of a better word but apart from thread breakages they were perfect and the towels really came out nice.
