Thank you all for your words. I am still in a state of shock. Four years ago when I had an op for a tumor in my bowel, Emile came and sat with me during the night as I had a reaction to the epidural. I cannot remember much but the nurse told me afterwards that they had called him in the night and he had come straight out to be with me. My heart is so sore.
Oh! Sarah what a tragedy. I hope that all the local community will rally round the family. Sending prayers and thoughts your way. Love and blessings Chris
Farming of all kinds is very dangerous work. Most of the accidents would be considered 'freak' thing just as you described it. So sad for his wife and 2 small children.

We heard it this morning, being on a farm and often using the tractor ourselves it is very bad. Hugs to you and all his family for losing someone special!!
So sorry to read about this, poor wife and kids, my heart goes out to them, hugs S*
Will be praying for this family. When I lived in Illinois, a big farming community, I worked at the local hospital and there were many farm implement tragedies. Most people don't realize how dangerous farms and farming can be.
