Yes, that usually means we have incompatible pes versions...you need to download a free format converter from the internet in order to open this....one I use is Pulse.

that seams odd because i haven't had trouble with pes in any of the other ripple designs that you have put up on the site.

Yes, there is, it just means that I have a different pes format than you, you will need to convert this to a pes format that your machine will read.....
