Making jam again this morning. I cheat when apricots are ripe I freeze them until it is cool them I make the jam so kitchen is not so hot

recipe 8 pound apricots 6 pound sugar.. put sugar on apricots leave overnight. Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour ...very simple

Mmmm. That sounds good. I never thought of that. I miss canning, making jam etc.. No room here. There was more room when I lived in an apartment by myself. *4U ><>
