I have written to support but not received a response. I have bought a membership and the money has been removed from my account but don't have access to download files because it says I don't have an active membership. Anybody know how long it takes from when the money is taken for the account to be fixed so I can download. I'm really disappointed.

Did you try clicking on the design it should take you to another page then click FREE DL for members. Welcome and hope you can solve your problem soon to start DL all these gorgeous designs LOL

Thanks to everyone who has gotten back to me. Its been a week...I thought I had to wait. I do not know how to send a pm to test. I will keep poking around but if someone could give me guidance on how to do that, it would be great. It took me all day to realize how to get to answers for my questions. You all are terrific.

Is your mailadress here at Cute the same like your paypal-adress? This was the reason I have once probelms. The could not correlate the payment to my account ;o)

Yes the addresses are different. Probably why I have a problem. Hopefully Miss Veronica can straighten it out for me. I really have so many things I want to make. Can't wait!

In that case why not register again with the same email address as your PayPal account? That would be the speediest way to start downloading.

I checked to see what address my paypal account is and this account that I am using. They are the same. I have PM test and will wait to hear from miss Veronica. I hope this gets straightened out. I would have to have a bad online experience with a membership. I really do love their designs and would like to use them.

It should have happened within hours. Do you know how to send a PM (personal message) if so send it to test and I am sure it will get resolved. I have been a member since 2008 and when ever a glitch happened the owner of the site has rectified the issue and some. On the HOME page under my account and then membership check if it says whether you have a membership. Let us know when you do get it resolved. Angie

After I renewed once, I noticed that you have to click the picture of the designs, then click the button for members, and then you can download.

Not sure why it didn't open right up for you. I just renewed the other day and it came up right away. Hope it's fixed soon for you.

It happens right away. Have you double checked your sign-on registration with the one you are using? Other than that.... you could send a private message to "test".... without the quote marks. She owns the site. Good luck... and welcome.
