YA HOO !!!! The twins one each a girl and a boy were born 1-2-12, both are doing good 5 LBS 2 oz. both with the same weight. Now the hurt comes this grandma won't get to hold them for about 7 months no funds to go see them. Hopefully they will send pictures. Chris

How for you. That is a great weight for beginning.

Double congratulations! With my youngest grandson, I couldn't hold him as I had a very severely broken arm and as I couldn't have a cast as I'd had surgery (9 screws and a plate), all I had was a sling, so had to be extra careful. Just think of all the fun you'll have when you get to see them in person! It will go by very fast!

Congratulations Grandma. How wonderful having a boy ad a girl in one shot. My Twin Girls will turn 39 on 1/11. I use Skype to stay in touch with my relatives and think it is nice to be able to see them. I know it's not the same as holding those precious bundles but the next best thing.

How wonderful for you and your family. I agree with the advice to Skype so you can see them grow this first year. Babies change so much the first year. If you need help, ask a teenager. They know all about computers.

My twins are now 24 will be 25 on Groundhogs day! Oh I wish you could see them now. Hopefully those 7 months fly by for you or you find a way to see them sooner!!
