I have a question has any one has singer futura xl400 i think that is the latest of the singers I have singer futura and wants to go in for another singer since i grow up with singer and has never never gave me any trouble so far touch wood. Please let me know

Yes this topic has come up recently if you scroll back a couple of weeks LOL
I have the XL400 and I started with the Futura CE250
and also after a learning curve no problems. I am
self taught and over the internet.
Right now the XL400 is humming away doing fsl flawlessly no problems.
You do know that the software for the CE 250 doesnt
work on the XL400. I got a great deal on HSN (tv)
sales and got the

XL400 and photo, cxst and the main program included. The dealers I do not think offer this deal. The quartet and
the XL400 are the same except for software
configurations.

Another lady on this list had a problem with installation and not getting along with her computer but I didn't understand since my install was a breeze.
I love the larger hoop 6x10 and I haven't
tried multihooping to get a larger even design.

Thanks for the info i think she has vista where as i have xp dont think i will have any problems i miss the hsn offer may be they will come up again waiting patiently for it ....Brenda
