I bought small pre-made mittens & embroideried the name of the grandchild on one mitten & the year on the other. This will be great money holders as well as keepsakes.

Cute idea - and I saw little tiny mittens at the Dollar Tree - didn't even think about something like this. Good Job.

I used sticky tear away stablizer. The name is stitched on both sides. They are meant to be used a christmas ornaments not to wear.

How did you hoop them? They are so small - did you stitch through both sides or can they still be opened fully? They look great!!

Sticky tear away stablizer. Stitched through. Meant to be used as an ornament not to wear. Also, I added a ribbon to both gloves to hang on the tree.
