Please tell us what has happened with the new renters? You have already been through so much with all the damage.

Thanks for your concern Marcelle ... We are in the process of evicting them ... several reasons .. 8 people living there.. only 5 on the lease .. 2 dogs.. only 1 on the lease .. nonpayment of cleaning fees.. gas utility not changed over to their name... and the list goes on !!!
