Ok, I got it - I used the german ß -> cuties didn't like that... Now I try again! :)

Just a question - do you have the correct software to open up designs? What sort of sewing machine do you have - that may help us to sort things out for you? I am not a whizz with regards to this, but there are lots of people on here who are. Love and blessings Chris

I use embird - and i converted from the embird format (eof) to pes and jef. I uploaded stuff several weeks ago and it worked... As you can see: I try to upload the right file - with the right ending...
