salmon and tomato tart....Chris i tried it and had to leave the cheese out for d/h watches his fats after 2 by pass ops i loved it would be great with the cheese but i took it to work for lunch and have frozen the rest....thanks chris....soozie

I know the recipe called for cheese, but maybe you could use cottage cheese (less amount) or goat's cheese. At least something with a very low fat content would be sfficient. Love Chris
