Okay here goes? I just purchased a design set from Gigi's and wondering do they send it or do you have to go back to the site to download it? Help I could not find on the site where to download it. Did I miss something my payment went through I know. I am thinking I missed something on the site. Sara

Okay I am not just having a Senior moment I have had a SENIOR DAY, LOL Okay I ordered some designs that I was thrilled to find and then I could not sign in to the site, there was not a place to do so must less check your order history. WOW. well it is designs by GG's but the site is www.gnrembroidery.com. So just goes to show that there are a few GG;s designs out there. I did get the designs tonight about 30 minutes ago. Thank you for listening to this senior moment today and helping me. Your an angel. Sara

Alright this is an unknown site for me and I don't go there cause I have much too many places to spend my money. No more addictive places :o)

PS: GG-Designs has great ith-designs; my favorites *lol*

When you're on the homepage of GG there is a field on the left site at the top right under the flower: "Welcome Guest" and after that there is in pink LOGIN. If you click on that it guides you to a page where you put in your emailadress and password. After that the pink words changed into LOGOUT/your account/your wishlist. When you click on "your account" the you come to a page with different tabs and one is your order history. There you can also dl your designs.
Hope this helps you. I will look later if you need more assistance (will not going to bed for the next 2hours ;o).

I think there is more than oneGG's design the Pay Pal receipt says that payment was to GNR Enterprises. I called the number listed for them and I have sent an email with no luck. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Such a shame to not be able to get in touch with them.

I've bought there often and get a mail with the order and one mail with the downloadlinks straight after the mail from paypal about the purchase. Just checked mine and those 3 mails came at the same minute in my mailbox.
Other possibilty could be the orderhistory > text in my dl-mail:
Below are the links you need to access the digital products you have ordered. You can also login to Your Account, view Order History, and download the links from there too.
Hope this helps you; sometimes servers are a little slow and if you need a design very urgent go the straight way ;o)

I have checked and I did not get any download links. All I got was the email from pay pal. But I will go and check again. Thanks I could not log into my account could not figure out where to log in. Any more help is appreciated.

Correction it is GG's Designs. Hope someone can give me a little information. Thanks friends.
