gone with a step back now the ads show

first and foremost, thank you for cute embroidery, love it. I click on Applique and home page comes up. tried several times. TU

First of all no rush, but I thought you might want to know this, before the new site was started I had this problem.

I have 3 projects in my file and plenty of space for more pics, but for some reason the 4th project pic would not install until I removed an older project. I have tried to put a new project up recently and the pic wouldn't install so I went looking for my account to remove another older project, unfortunately the info for my account changes is still under construction. I know you are busy, I only mention this because of the original problem of not having more than three projects in my file, and thought you may wish to know this too.

I am having problem with picture of designs coming up

I'm having problems with the picture images on some of the pages...like page 118 for example. Some of the pictures are only partial and it's hard to tell what the picture is...this is new since the update to the site. We use to see the whole design, now a some of them are just pieces of the design...I hope this is only temporary...it's really difficult to know what the total design is by looking at the picture...

When you put a project up in projects you can not go back to correct or delete it. There is no where to go to do this that I can find.

The newest design to win the voting appears to be a blue parakeet, but the comments and color chart do not appear to match up with it. Also, the labels are heart and necklace. Even though I downloaded the design, I am not able to check it as I'm away from home and have no software to open it with. Thanks for all the free designs and the opportunity to connect with other embroiders and digitizers.

The design file that was free yesterday is not the parakeet. I forget what it is called, but it is a little heart charm from the lace section.

have been trying to put up my profile- wouldn't work before this upgrade(I put in a ticket but still unable to do it).Now that the site has been upgraded I'd like to put in a photo and my profile.... can't find where to find my profie...help please miss veronika

I've noticed that when I click on a message to make a comment and leave a flower the orange flower isn't transferred to the original message in the Community List. Sometimes, too, the orange flowers have disappeared from the original message when I return to that page. Can I describe it this way .... the orange flowers aren't sticking!!!! ...... :}

the personal does not work at the moment and says site under construction.
Also would it be at all possible to change so we can SAVE colour charts in free designs etc instead of printing. Do not print to save paper etc and would LOVE to be able to save to computer, thank you for all you do for us.edith

The new site is beautiful. I notice that I am not getting any flowers when I log on now. Also the packs show the cover but the individual designs don't come up. Good luck with the teething problems.

I'l try to be brief. I tried to download a sm angel
turq in color and it said letter p, however there was no p on it. I downloaded and what I got was a xmas tree and a crossstitch P. This was listed as
cuteembroidery-1918694-25930.ART. I printed it out and it was the tree and P. I would really like the

The other tabs give no pictures of designs but the error message.

Hi, when you select a tag to view designs, lots of errors come up. Not always designs, some requests from cuties, pages with nothing. Hope this helps

I also noticed that the comments are being cut short and disappearing.

Comments on Comments have limited character spaces. Can that be changed so we can leave long comments on comments or replies?

Just a huge Thank You for keeping the site open and workable while you do all this work.
Right now I'm enjoying the speed with which its all working. I've never had that before.

But tried to download your lovely free alpha, which I was then able to do after signing in.
I then deleted "cute" under favorites and then reloaded it. Did not have any problem in getting on.

I am trying to renew my membersip, via pay pal, and the comp. sent me a message to check on your site, there is an error it does not let me renew my membership.

I couldn't log in with damaris. I think my old email address is still there also only had 4 digits. I registered again as dee can I get my flowers and avatar back I couldn't access the old because I no longer have access to the old email address thank y

I had the same problem. After trying 6 or 8 times, I decided to use my husband's e-mail addy and change my user name. Of course I lost all my flowers too. I will contact them again next week to give them a chance to recover. Have a good weekend.

Hi Miss Veronika...It appears that the only "Label" category that is working is the "Packs"...all the others are coming up with a fatal errors message...Hope this helps you get the site corrected. Thanks for the beautiful new butterfly font gift!

So my download problem is only with the Zip Free Butterfly Font Pack.

I did click on Gift for You.
When I try to download the format I use I get a pop up saying that the website is try to download to my Internet Explorer Temp File and my protection mode will not allow the download or it goes to the Temp files.
IF I right click on the download button I do not get the option of Saving Target as
an option for downloading the zipped design file.
This protection has something to do with stopping website trying to download extra software on a cumputer.
I have tried several ways to get the free font.
Anyone got any ideas??

Sorry the rest of my comment didn't go through.

I did download the free halloween design with out a problem. so it seems my problem is just with the Zip Free Font file.
If you have any other suggestions please let me know as this is very disapointing.

I can't post to cuties forum and can't see the home page.Just thought you might like to know.:-)

I am a member paid through most of next month and just tried to download the halloween designs and it was showing an amount due on them. I know it is going to take some time to get it all right but thought you might like to know. Thanks for updating the site for us. I do hope this will take care of some of the problems we have had lately! When the site gets real busy, I will not be able to get it to open. I keep getting some kind of code with #'s. I have seen from the comments that I am not the only one with the problem. Good luck and THANKS!

This morning I can get to projects and DBC, however I still can not get to the home page go to the "under construction" page, or open any of the community tabs for public, personal, or freebies. Private still showing "under construction". I am looking forward to the changes and don't envy you the task at hand. I appreciate all the hard work you are putting in to update this site and getting it back on line in all areas. I will continue to wait patiently as I am sure it will be well worth the wait! :D

Good morning Veronika, I've just come on and notice the whole left hand side of the page has gone. There are no "blue" boxes eg. tutorials, a-z etc. I am hoping they will be back soon. Recieving a site under construction message all day. Finally able to at least look at designs by cutes, but not allowed to stay signed in at DBC OR PROJECTS areas. Thought I'd try community. I'm not able to click on one of them.

I cannot add tags to a post that's already been posted. I can only tag it at the original posting. It would be really helpful to be able to add tags later because a lot of people forget to tag their posts.

We will lose all of our url links? I had a link directly to the freebies page and it doesn't work even though the freebies page is back up now.
If so, we will have lost all of our cataloging and reference links.

In the freebees -tab when you open a post; you can't double click anymore on the links a cutie has provided ! also some of the links are not shown completely. so I also can not copy and paste them in my browser (as an alternative)...feeling a bit unhappy not being able to download nice designs. :-(

I believe the links need to have a title now. That's the way it works at YouEmbroidery. Enter the link then add a title to it. Use the link boxes.

Hope this update speeds the page up a little ;o)
Will the offer for renew/ buy a membership for the specialprice come up again? Wanna do that this morning when the site was under construction...
