And even though newcomers do ask the same questions, there are always other newcomers, or shy persons, who need to know the answers, so we're happy to give them again!!! Flowers: short answer, we don't know. You get one when you sign in, and when you post, and when other people give them to you to say 'well done', 'good question', 'good answer', or just 'good morning!'
