Could someone explain what voting for a design is all about? What designs and what happens after the voting is done?

Thank you jrob, that's probably what I saw. You are all so sweet and what a nice warm welcome.
I hadn't known about this community until the other day when I was doing a search with my name. I do that once in a while to make sure all is well. lol
I joined because we can never have too many friends, now can we. Well, I hear the baby.

As a quick example, go to the top of this page and click on designs. You will see 2 tabs. The second one says TOP IN 24 HR. That is usually where a design is that is being requested to be voted on.

Thank you all for clearing that up. I thought I read some posts where someone was asking for votes for a design at another site...could be I didn't understand the request, but I was getting alarmed. I was hoping I had misunderstood and it seems I had.

Go; to the designs pages. find something u want that can b voted 4, tell us what & where & we will help U, The most votes gets the design up to be downloaded & we will halp U vote *4U & welcome to cute embroidery

You vote for a design you want to come up as a freebie. Anyone can vote, so a request for others to vote ups the chance you get it. You can choose any design unless it says no voting, just look through the pages. Oh, and welcome here. Flower for you.

AS a general rule, the item with the most votes is the next days freebie.
