problems. I think that my issues were well outside the tolerated limits of just about everyone. I really appreciated your taking the time and energy to write to me.

I have a resolution to that situation now, and thought you might like to know. I went to a very large quilt show today. Of course there were vendors from all over the state; it was a huge event. I stopped by one booth, where they were doing a demo of a very nice machine, with the largest hoop in the industry. The kind woman at the counter asked if I had ever embroidered before, and if I was looking for a machine. I told her I had a new one that is making me crazy, and that I was considering returning it. She asked a few questions and then my daughter, who was with me proceeded to tell her the whole story. Turns out, this was a booth owned by the same person owned the stored where I bought my machine. She took me by the sleeve and told me she wanted me to meet someone. I met the owner of the region stores. After hearing my issues, he told me that there would be no more repairs on my machine, and apologized for the inconvenience. He said that he would be intercepting the shipment of my machine, and would be replacing the machine and all of the parts with new components. So, HOPEFULLY this is the last of the nightmare.
I want to sincerely thank every one of you who took the time to answer my questions and provide support. It helped me to decide. Thank you and WOO HOO!!! I get a new machine and hopefully the grief goes away. Thank you so much for your suppport!!! I do not think I could have done it without such a strong backing. Original conversation below.

Thank you everyone for your very encouraging comments. Wednesday I get to go get my shiny new machine and give it a try. I think I'm more excited now than I was when I brought home the first one. Back then, I didn't know what I was doing. Now I do, so hopefully it just sings for me!! Thank you for your support. I couldn't have done it without you!!!!

I'm so happy for you.
We've had a few members recently who are having machine issues. I'm glad yours has been resolved in such a satisfactory way.
With luck you should be able to forge ahead now and enjoy stitching at last.
