Clipping theads of a moving target - we all try it and at times regret it.
yes i know what you mean twice now i have sewed right through my finger but still i try to be fast and cut the thread lol carolyn
I did something similar tonight, by lifting the presser foot before hitting the stop button.
Well I suppose its a good thing you didnt sew your fingers together... Take a chill pill
Ok I heed your warning. For at least 24 hours I will stop the machine prior to cutting the starter thread. I like digitizers that do their reinforments stitches and then move back or to the left so that I can trim that pesky thread without stopping the machine or G-forbid raise the pressor foot!
Babie, WHY in s hurry, relaxe, tomorrow is another day. Love Marie
Well you just haven't done one thing that my sister did. get your finger under the needle. Might be when you will learn patience. I know she did.
You are probably right about when to quit for the day. I'd say take a deep breath, turn off the lights, and figure it out in the morning. I never do well if I'm in a hurry.
been there and done that have not broken a needle yet but i will heed all the advice...........thanks .yes it only takes another second to stop the machine and snip the thread.....thanks again everyone...soozie
Ohhh yeah, been there, the other day I actually cut the needle!!!
tsk tsk tsk silly girl, stop and smell the roses, those couple of seconds can spoil your nice day. Take a deep breath let it out slowly and relax.....
Oh my sweety never cut a thread while the needle is moving it could break and go into your eye always wait untill it stops before cutting thread please be careful Hugs Lenamae
Wow! you are in a hurry....slow down and enjoy the view.....
