ich habe schon öfter da gekauft (Bit of a stitch, Dainty Stitches, Ace Points) und hatte noch nie Probleme.
Hast Du schon einen Account angelegt? Wenn Du Dich einloggst, was machst Du dann? Wie gehst Du zu dem Anbieter, von dem Du etwas kaufen möchtest?
Schick mir sonst einfach direkt eine Mail ;o)

No - I log in there a few times a week - I normally make use of the special introductory prices on the designs and did not experience problems. Perhaps she should try her username (email address) and ask for a reminder on her password.

Hallo Bettina, ich bin angemeldet habe die Stickdesings im Merkezettel und dann.... normal müßte das einen Warenkorb geben oder so aber das finde ich nicht wäre schön wenn du mir helfenb könntest! Danke

I think the problem is: When you wanna push designs from your wishlist on the shopping cart you have to choose your format (even when you chossed it while putting them on the wishlist). If you don't choose a format the pic just flackers and there is a tiny little box above that remembers you make a choice ;o)
