I had sewhatpro when i first came out and have seen it change over the years. i would be lost without it as i can alter the size of a design and it will automaticaly change the density for me. I can cut out bits i don't want and add bits i do.
sewicons show me a thumb print of the designs without haveing to open them up to look.
sit down and play with one design, learn how to split the stitches and to re order them , i allways add two baste outlines to be sewn first. the first shows me where to place my fabric centraly and then to fix it in position.
I have allways jumped in to tell others about this product but if you need help then PM me and i will talk you through it on the computer useing a webcam so you can see how its done.
NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. i am just a very happy customer. annie in the uk

I have the program and so far I love it. I am still learning. I downloaded the book, but it is constantly being updated which is a good thing. Have fun.

I have had Sew what Pro for quite a while I do not know what I would do with out it. I can change colours to see what they look like, convert files fromats, change sizes, combine designs and much more. I know Gwen one of the moderators and she is very friendly. I also have Sew Iconz and LOVE it too, dont ever want to be with out it. Yes yahoo group is great. Steve is always doing updates to make it better. Hope you will ove yours too, Hugs Lisa

I have sewwhat pro as well and love love love it..One very important thing to remember if you are new to it is when saving a design that you have merged with say some wording..always do a "SAVE AS" and not save, other wise it will overwrite your original design..

Join the yahoo group. Information and tutorials in the files, and the software creator is a major participant, along with the moderators. It's a constantly evolving program.

i have noticed you have the 4 x 4 hoop the same as me. i bought the large frame and do 2 or 3 designs in one instead of moving it all the time. it's a lot quicker do you have the sewwhat pro????

Wait, I have a 5 x 7 frame, so please tell me your technique for doing multiples! How do you line up things, with the center point?

bunnyhop by bunnyhop 04 Aug 2011

i bought some clear printable pastic sheet printed a graph on it and made holes where the centre points were on each move. with the large frame you can move it 3 times up and down i ajust the design to start lower than normal then move the hoop to the middle and move the design up and most of the time it starts next to the one i have just done and so on. i was doing a baby blanket the other day i hooped the two corners 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom when finished they were both in line. just had to hoop it once and was quicker.
