Still get nothing.

I'm wondering if they are ever going to fix these designs....I have checked everyday, and it is still the same...

Ok, sorry, I got an e-mail saying the H was fixed, I suppose I should have tried to download it. I don't know why the H and the one shell have no format choices, but I put in a support ticket for both of these things. What problems are people having putting a ticket? It seemed to work fine for me several times. I'll see if I can help, if you'll explain what happens when it won't let you put in a ticket, or how you're going about it. Hugs, Marji

I was able to get a support ticket in on my third try....I am not sure what I did wrong the first couple of times..

Still not fixed, no formats are available yet.

Why can't I download then? I have tried IE and Firefox, there isn't a way to choose a format. Same thing on one of the new shell designs....I tried to put in a support ticket, but it won't let me....any suggestions?

Do the subscription button and should be able to download them.

I do know about the subscription button, I can download all the rest of the designs, just not one shell, and the H! Strange! Thanks though.
