The hardest part about being in a hospital all the time - your resistance is down and you can get sick easily - she needs some bed rest and care, too. We will continue to pray for the both of them.

Thanks everybody for all your thoughts and prayers. Lillian will be at the hospital as much as possible I feel sure. Her daughter lives next to her and I know she will take care of her. I wish I lived closer, but unfortunately I live about 45 miles from her. But she has wonderful family. Ron still has a long road ahead of him with therapy. But he is tough and he will do fine I feel sure. I am sure as soon as Lillian is feeling better she will check in on cute and read all your post for her. ( I believe she will have her laptop at the hospital.) She is just under a lot of stress at this time. Just keep your prayers going.

Thanks Sara for the update. I do hope Lillian gets better, because who mothers the mother when the mother gets ill? Lillian will have lots to do when Ron comes home, so I do hope they get home help. We get that here in Australia.

Thanks for letting us know! I have been worried about Lillian and Ron but with her spending time at hospital, I did not know how to reach her. Let her know that we are all still praying for Her and Ron! I will continue to try and reach her at home(at a decent hour). I know Lillian will be right there will Ron as long as she is able to. May the Lord bless the both of them during this very critical time. It is nice to know that Ron has been up on his feet and that he is strong enough to be able to cooperate with the Nurses and Dr's.

So sorry to hear that Lillian is feeling not too well. It is a terrible shock for one. I know that when my husband went in for an emergency quadruple by pass 2 years ago I was stunned. Please wish her well and I hope that Ron gets stronger by the day. Hugs for Lillian. Sarah.

Thanks for giving us an update. Hospital stays are just as stressful on the patients family as it is on the patient. Prayers continue for both.
