Here's something unusual from me......while my niece was here, she asked me to design this for her and we stitched it out on the front of a tshirt for her, and when she wore is she said, "this rocks, Aunt Vicki". I reduced it to a 4x4 hoop and the word grunt and usmc are done in separate stitch sequence so you can change the word & military branch if need be. Her hubby is a Marine that did 2 tours in Iraq and had a suicide bomber go off by him and his friend..he survived....his friend did not.....tragic story for such a young man and it happens daily.....Anyway, thought this may look good as a left chest design, too, so here it is.......

Wonderful! Thank you! I wish you had one that said "My son is a grunt." My stepson is a Marine also, as was my father-in-law. My husband was a "squid", Navy. My father and brothers were "flyboys", Air Force. I think this is wonderful, and is really a nice way to show them you support them."

SUPER design, Vicki!! We have 3 nieces married to fly boys (USAF) so I'm going to change the wording and stitch this out for them.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your niece's husband's friend!! He must be so sad and distraught! I'm saying a pray for him and all of our other wonderful military who keep us free!

Thank you so much. Praying for her husband also. It's been horrible what our military and veterans have been going thru. They need all our support and it stinks (I'm being polite) that they have to fight to get the medical help and benefits they need. My DH is retire AF and I spend 6 1/2 years active duty also. Luckily, we never had to go to war.

Thank you....he has PTS and has problems with his memory from brain injury, but he is in college right now and is on the Presidents list at school, so he is really pushing it & working at it!!
