gives a message telling about saying that Janome exe is not working. I reinstalled the software, nothing is happening. Easy design and Easy edit is not working, does not open. Design gallery opens but does not show in easy design because easy design does not open.

My version is 2.0. The dongle shows red light when it is in the USB port.
I am desperate. I paid a bomb for it. And now it India I there is no one to tell me what to do. No one had a genuine Janome digitizer .

Not sure what you did,You can go to Janome site.
There is Janome globle.You can Ask for there help
and they will get back to you.They've help me.
I would try to reinstall again.
