Martine... you're cute... "I Love Lucy" was a comedy show here in the States back in the 1950s. Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

My suggestion is perhaps you could find some "I Love Lucy" fabric at your local quilt shop or buy it on line. I know I've seen some fabric. Perhaps you could use that as your applique material for the heart as jrob suggested.
