I am hoping we can catch it on TV - I will be in Gatlinburg, TN with my younger DD and GD for the long weekend. But GS is very anxious to get his service duties started. This is something that he has wanted to do since he was a tiny little guy. I wish him luck - and God Bless all our service men, and ladies.

Please tell your granson that we wlecome him into his new AF fmily. This is a great way to be sworn in. And I thought my husband was topping it with an underwater swearing in ceremony several years ago.

Oh he would probably love that too. He is going into security forces - just hope he can get to where he wants to be in the future.

A nice patriotic holiday weekend to be sworn in. A memorable event for him to remember.

We thought that too - he gets to "smooze" with a General - not sure which one.

We all wish we could get in to see it, but tickets are a little pricy. But thank you - Marc is very special to us. Hugs

I have some friends there at the race. I will text them and tell them I "know" one of the Air Force servicemen.;)
