20661we were on our way from the doctors to the chemist to get medicine, bought that and then was heading home and was going to get cat food on the way when my grandaughter Mackenzie went into her turn from high tempretures, we ended up stopping in the middle of the road and got her out of the car, she was shaking and not breathing and so I grabbed her from Nicoles arms threw her over my shoulder and ran with her over to the Police Beat which was not to far away. I knew they had training and they could get help for me. Her lips were going blue and she wasnt breathing for a bit but she came round to a groan when some of the saliva drained from her mouth which meant she was breathing again and then started to go into the fit again. When the ambo's got there they gave her oxygen and panodol and brought her around and took her to the hospital. It was a very traumatic time for Nicole and I to see her going through the turn. We both nearly collasped ourselves. She is still in hospital and will be looked at again tomorrow to see if she can come home but the tempretures are still coming up and down, tonight was up as high as 40.3 not good. It was also my wedding anniversary yesterday so that has been postponed for now to a later date. So I will get back when I can to give you the up date. They are doing more tests on her and should hear soon what the problem is. The doctor ordered for her to be tested for parvovirus but they havent done it yet but will be done soon. Talk to you all again soon I have to sleep and get back to the hospital in the morning. Nicole is staying with Mackenzie at the hospital she is not well either.Lucky she is in the right place as well. bye Sandra H from Australia
