Thank you!! I am so happy to be here! My hubby is trying to coax me off the computer and away from my embroidery, with very little luck. Hee hee!! I will never use all my designs and have no idea who will inherit all of this treasure, but who cares, I am having LOTS of fun!! Now I need to learn how to upload photos of the things I am making :)

I agree, Digitizing is addictive too! Everywhere around me I see things I could digitize! Sometimes I wake up at night with an idea and have to get up and get it started! Cute design!

Yes, it is fun and addictive. If I never use all of them it gives me great pleasure to look at them and know I CAN do this!

20582The embroidery designs are like a great museum of art. I walk through all the folders, etc and feel I am viewing masterpieces of all the digitizers. Even if I only embroidery a fraction of a fraction of them, they bring a smile to my heart as I browse. Thank you to all the talented and generous people on this site and others.

Wow you are so right. Before I got my machine, when I was down I went to a flower nursery and that made me happy, now I dont have to leave my house (if I dont want to) I can 'play' to my hearts content
2713Relax and enjoy the addiction! Lots of people have collecting hobbies. Most of your designs will be freebies and you'll be buying lots too. It's okay! Just having them makes us feel good. Whenever I need a particular design I can just go to my files and find exactly what I need! Just remember to keep your files up to date and to back up! My name is Jan, and I am addicted too!

It definitely has something to do with free!!! It is not my only addiction though, I am addicted to quilting and card making too, so I have a whole sewing room full of addictions. At least I can incorporate the machine embroidery into all the other addictions LOL

Thanks Marg, at our addiction is (will be someday) constructive, fun and the only damage I do is forgetting to cook and clean!!! LOL
24824I consider them a collection. They are in the computer and don't take up any floor space and they don't have to be dusted. lol After a while you know what to keep and to delete some that you know you will never use. Just don't' forget to do a backup of your designs.

They are a great collection and they make me really happy I havent figured out how to backup yet, I have a new system and it really confuses me. Am going to spend the weekend trying :)

I think you are so right! I too am addicted to both Cute & Emblibrary! Won't ever live long enough to stitch all the designs I have, but it sure is a lot of FUN to Collect all these beauties!..:-)
