I am having the same sort of problems as I have with You Embroidery (I do not go there very much) due to the fact the only thing I can do is download the free designs.

I have the same problem with both of the sites...hate it that I can't make comments.

Hi again, bringing this ttt I tried to use the contact us at bottom of this page and it tells me my login is invalid...I then tried to use the lost password and it tells me they do not have my email address....I am at a loss as to how to contact either cute embroidery or cute cross stitch to advise of my problem. It looks like others have the problem too..hope someone who's more saavy with computers can contact powers that be on my behalf....thanks Sally PS I really love xstitch so want to be a member.

I too can not buy, vote or leave messages. I am able to download the free designs but that is all.

I just tried to buy the baseball alpha and my computer says its unsafe and will not let me go any futher. Never had this problem on any other site! On cute alphabets.

I just went there and printed the colour chart to a PDF file. I love the feature that lets you choose your prefered thread base. Left a comment as well.

Just went there and printed colour sheet out. Had to click a couple of times on 'color chart' but it worked. I dont go to You Emb much so cannot comment on that site. It may be one of your settings, like accepting Cookies. Marg

Marg, How would I fix accepting cookies it that is the problem? when I click to leave a message it comes up down the bottom of my screen (done with errors) Hugs Sally

I just went to cute-crossstitch and had no problems with the site at all. I did not try to leave a message but it loaded quickly with not glitches. Hope you can resolve your issues.
