While in Romania I fell and broke my back - 3 fractures on a vertebrae. At present I have a corsette type cast for 6 weeks and as of yet, no pain medication, need to first go to the neurologist to see what I am allowed to take so that there are no drug interactions with my other meds. A lot of pain and nerve damage on my right side. Appreciate all your prayers.

Oh dear, the last thing I read was the post from carolyn70 that she will meet you in autumn here in Germany.

We were in Cisnadie and Sibiu. We have gone often to visit and to do missionary work there. I have been to Brasov many times, the scenery there is so nice. How long have you been in the USA?

No need to appologize Shirlene. When we spoke I did not know either. The Dr's in Romania kept saying "everything is okay, nothing broken" Went to the emergncy on Tuesday and that's when I found out!

Still in a lot of pain - uncomfortable with the corsette, since it seems to weigh so much (like carrying extra weight around!). Have the new meds, which make me very tired, but then I can take a nap, which is nice! Thanks so much for your concern and prayers.
