15572Thank you Marthie and all my cute friends. My dad was on his way to a church meeting last night. On his way he must have felt the heart attack was coming on and he winded the window down perhaps to get fresh air. The car was in park mode over the double lane road and was switched off he also already loosened his seat belt. His reading glasses on the dash board in front and his cell on his lap. His hands was folded as if in prayer across his chest and his head bend down eyes closed. He had a peaceful expression on his face. The neighborhood watch saw his car in the peculiar position and notified the emergency services as they have recognized him. My sister was on her way to my moms and passed the cordoned off road a few kms further they realized that my dad drives a similar vehicle and turned back to find our greatest nightmare. We were all on the scene for more than an hour waiting for the police to make sure and for the funeral company to come around. Some will remember that my dad lost his good eye last year in a freak accident and never really recovered from the shock. In the past few months he continuously made me feel as if he is greeting us. We are all totally devastated and do not know how we will get by living without him but we put our faith in God as I know for certain that my dad is now with him and without the burden of his troubled eye and lack of hearing. We also realize that in the darkest moments family and friends help to carry you and that it helps to be busy. Thanks for all your prayers we know the strength it brings.
