I tried to download her and even setup an account to do so - but was timed out and can't retrieve the design. Oh well.

Welcome to our Cute family kikinz. I don't know off hand of one with fringe, but tommy-freeset.com has a cheerleader set that comes on free once in a while... has a free set every three hrs. I will go check others. Blessings and *4U til then.
