Just as crafter2243 (Angie) said - it is above - with the Happy Mother's Day banner - it says, "Cute PRESENT for YOU Download here >>>>> - click that and you should be able to download the Rooster.

On the top right side where it says "Cute present for you". That should get you to the rooster. I had a great day as well. Happy Mother's Day.
