someone please help me that has a brother machine!!!!! i am getting an error on my screen that says" change the speed controller mode to off" more inside

I'm glad to hear Brother was so helpful. So what was the solution (if it's not too detailed) in case we ever have that problem?

I have a PC8500 and couldn't find anything about that message in my manual.

hi mrswayne the solver was somehow i went into my decorative stith Sewing speed controller and turned it on i needed to turn it off how easy that was i was messing with this machine for 3 hours

got it man brother is on the ball they called me this late at night it is 9:32 pm here and they helped me all the way through it thanks girls do not know if any guys are on here are there?

I have a brother but mine has no speed controll at all. One speed wide open. What model do you have? there were quite a few girls saying they had a brother here a while back. Mary, sounds like something needs re-setting, and probably a problem for your dealer to deal with. I'd give them a ring and ask. But someone with a brother machine might know more about it, so hang in there sweetie, hugs and a flower.

i am hanging it works when my foot pettal is plugged in but i cannot operate it without it that is when i get the message i am waiting for brother to contact me

i have looked at this manual up and down cannot find anything about a speed controller help!!!!!!!!!!!
