I thought you said you didn't want black dots, but a close up of the doll face at the link reveals that is all it is, a black dot with a white dot and a circle added.

Hi there, there is a beautifull dolls face in our own Cute Embroidery. Not free, but to buy. Go into CuteEmbroidery at top of this page, and click on Cuteembroidery. You will have to search for it.
