I've been checking this out, and this is the cheapest place I've found, so far. You need to scroll down the page until you get to Supreme Slider. 100% Teflon Free Motion Slider. 8" x 11½". There is also a larger one, but can't remember where I saw it just now.

Absolutely, you pretty much have to have something on the otherside of the machine to carry the weight of your quilt otherwise it will distort everything. I don't know of any mat or spray or anything about not being sore, could you tell me more about this?

HI, this is a thin shiny mat that fits under your needle area and the part that you are quilting slides so much easier so you dont have so much tension on arms and shoulders also if you tilt your machine with a couple of door stoppers towards you it is also easier. flower for you.

Hi, you still need a table or chair to carry the weight of the quilt but this mat helps with the area you are quilting. flower for you.
