After I have enlarged the font using 4D Extra and stitch out the font the satin border is not where it needs to be right next to the stitches. There is a slight gap on different parts of the letter. I have tried different sizes.

I am stitching out my GS name for a pillow and needs to be black and red to match the bedspread I am making for him. I would like the font to have two colors.

In 4D you have to make sure you stick within the set limits of the font you use. There are two-coloured fonts in 4D, like Athletic Block, Brush Block and Woodblock as well as several ones with vines and trellises. And the colour choice is up to you.

Or did you enlarge an existing word? In that case you might have enlarged it too much - small errors in the original are magnified when you enlarge.

Thank you so much! I think that you may have solved my problem! I may have enlarged it to much. I am going to try to stitch it out normal first and see what happens. 4D Extra is brand new to me.
Thank you

I don't know much about your program, but the one I have also allows for changing the density. Also my machine lets me change the density. That may help

could just be the design itself, nothing to due with the enlarging. I have come across this problem befor and I think it was the digitizing. After a while you learn who is a good digitizer and who is not.
