Hello,

Please can you all suggest what design to put on a pink towel for 75 year old lady, who happens to my sister in law's mother. Thank you. God bless. Bernadette de Souza.

Bernadette - It looks like we all agree that either flowers and/or a monogram would make a lovely, classy gift for your SIL's mother.

I'd search through some of the Designs by Cuties for a pretty flower or a monogram that you really like. One of the classic monograms you could use is Victorian Ice, that you 'search' for in DBC. I have Brianna's Alpha up too, that I initially did for my Gt.Niece, but also stitched for two wonderful ladies in a nursing home using their first initial. They both loved it.

Lots of ideas for you. Enjoy!

I am this lady"s age and I like flowers and I love monograms and anything that is classie. My mind thinks that I am younger than my years. If I could just convence my body.

I agree with Babsie - floral is the way to go. Do you know if she has a favourite flower?

The embossed letters in her initials might be nice. On you embroidery I saw an oval w/ a bow that was embossed (free) and then you added your own letters.

I have found that older women prefer flowers and how about her initials in flowers. I did the Irisfont and it stitched out beautiful. Was free and don't know if it still is but have a look at

Sorry, just tried it and the site is off. I know they had some trouble but we had some nice floral ones from cute and amazing so you are bound to have nice ones to use.
