I would like to try lace. What weight wws stabilizer should I use? What brands are the best? How to keep it tight in the hoop? Thanks, my friends!!

I have just recently purchased the "H2O GONE". It looks sew much like fabric, but sew far I do like it. It seams to hoop better also.

dlmds, I don't know the weight of wws stabilizer that I use, but it is sorta like fabric and washes away, I think they call it Aqua something or other, it all makes sense so I buy it at the local store. HaHa. A flower for you. Loretta

I use the soft almost cloth type of WSS. I use 2 layers, and alternate directions. I find this has worked better for me, and was actually recommended when I was doing a project some time ago. I have tried a couple different brands, and you just have to try and see what you like best. Good stitches to you.

I use Sulky Heavy weight. I usually only have to use 1 layer. Be sure you use a sharp needle. If the design is VERY dense, use 2 layers of a water soluable that are "cloth like" as in OESD Aqua Film Wash away. I also told a story on myself that I don't know if you read or not, but instead of putting the design in a "bath" of warm water for 20 minutes and then putting between paper towels until dry,(which is the recommended method) I put mine in the sink and turned the sprayer on it and BLEW it apart. Learned that one the hard way. hahaha ;)

I am happy to know I am not the only one that is unsure. Sometimes when I am unsure about something I feel as tho I am the only one who does not know. H.*.
