This took all of three minutes to create in Studio and is totally resizable in a matter of seconds to fit any size you require just by dragging a corner or using the transformation window to make it the exact measurement you need.
this is 11.6 mm and if you want I can send you the eof file to play with.

See if you can find an underlying base on something else. Then open that design and delete everything except the base that you want to keep. Now, in Editor still, keyboard shortcut Ctrl and M at the same time and merge the rosebud with the base. Now just save as, since the stitch order should be fine.
If the base you find is too large, just use the crop tool to make it the size you want. I do this after I have the rosebud design on the same page. You can move it out of the way and do your cropping. If it's too small, just hit the go back button and try it again until you have it right.
Piece of cake.

Create a circle outline the same size, then criss cross inside this with 2mm stitches running top to bottom and left to right, in one continuous stitching without any breaks. Then while still in Studio with your little circle on the screen, MERGE your rose bud design into the eof design and make sure you underlay stitching matches up with your roses bud and the ending stitch of the underlay is the same place as the starting stitch of the rose bud, save the merged design then take it back to editor in the format of your choice.
