9427Isabella, to to cuteembroidery.com. Make sure you are logged in. You should see your name or log in name on the top left hand corner of the screen. The words 'my account' are just under your name. Click on that. You will see a list on the left side of the screen. Between 'my files' and 'order history' you will see 'download center' in very small print. Click on 'download center'. You will see your purchases listed on the right side of the screen. You have the option for download or email. Click on the one you want. I hope this helps. I know it is frustrating when you can't find something. Kathy

You have to go to CuteAlphabets (that's where you bought it) and you'll find 'Your Account' in the top part just above the alphabet . Click on it and in the next screen you'll see 'Download Center' on the left.

I went to the site but CuteAlphabets in 'Your Account' 'Download Center' I have not found the alphabet "Flowering font pack purchased.
But I have bought and http://alphabets.cuteembroidery.c... in "My Account" there is no "Download Center ". Thanks

the flowering font is here at cute in the alphabets, not at cute-Alpabates.com ;o)
In the headline you see cute as sender.
I'm so long member that I cannot remeber how the account looks when you just registered.

Even in the "my account " there are "My profile ", "membership" and "My projects", but can not find the "Download Center", yet the email I received reads:

What do you see when you click on "membership"? In mine there are all my subscriptions listed. Maybe there is the downloadcenter?

I'm Italian and I speak bad English. I bought "Flowering font pack" for http://alphabets.cuteembroidery.c... I received an email that says:

Note: All designs will always be available in your Download Center.
Go to "My Account" -> "Download Center" to see all your designs in

But I can not find the "Download Center" in "My Account ".

Your English is very good, I am not an English speaking person myself, born in Cuba live in Dominican Republic. It is not a matter of understanding what you wrote, you got to explain what site did you buy the alphabet from.
