is it just that your computer is set to block it till you give it permission to allow downloads. I have to click on that everytime I get the designs from there-then I save the file to downloads-hit it with my scan before I open the design. Never had any problem with this site

Are you sure you have the right link? I don't know what the problem is. I do know that it has a lot of images and blinking things and my computer is very slow while on that site.
