Have you had a look at the Dakota Designs? I think you'd have to search for the website, I don't think that's the name of it. My dealer sells Dakota CD's, and I often poke thru them, usually thinking "I could do that better" because I do digitize, and I'm not impressed with Dakota's. My first purchase was from Dakota, and I had to take the US Navy logo and FIX it in my Janome Digitizer Pro before I could use it because there were quite a few stray stitches all over the place. But, they do have the money for license fees. They finally got NASCAR all signed, and that wasn't cheap. Good luck on your quest, and welcome to the Cute Community! Hugs, Marji

why dont you just buy some t-shirts and some fabric that matches (from Joanns etc) and make your quilts from that. If not maybe the fabric can be fussy cut and turned into appliques to add on to shirts jackets etc. otherwise you can digitize them yourself.

Thank you for your response and for being so kind. I will keep hoping that someday before the boys are too old to want grandma to make them a shirt that Star Wars allows their designs to be copied. Until then I guess trucks and cars are going to be the thing!!!! Here's a flower for being so kind.

Had a look at the site. Firstly I think it is a totally illegal site. The designs are not very clear. They are also expensive and the list is quite comprehensive which makes me doubt that they could be legal.

I agree! You can usually tell an illegal site the moment you open it. My husband's company is really into copyright laws and usually if it seems too good to be true it is. I will just keep on hoping that someday it happens and Star War patterns are available for all the little kids who love them and for Grandmas who want to do them. Here's a flower for you for your kindness

Actually you can buy Star Wars T shirts with huge designs on them that machine embroidery could never match in flashiness. It seems like there should be a legal place somewhere though. Good Luck!

I agree! But what is so nice is that my grandsons want Grandma to make it. I will just keep looking! Have a flower for your kindness in answering my request

Aren't there any legal ones anywhere???

If they are affiliated with Disney in any way, you need to own a Brother Disney machine in order to buy the Brother embroidery cards.
Hence my purchasing a Brother machine!!!

Hi "moved" Thank you for looking up this site for me. I looked into this site and alot of the designs they have have no copyrights and shouldn't be offered to anyone. Please be cautious of these sites. When we buy from these sites we are helping them break the law-we are breaking the law at least here in the USA. I know it is hard to tell on some of these sites but my husband always says "If it sounds too good to be true it usually is" But thank you for trying to help.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We fight an ongoing battle to educate about copyright designs, and illegal use of copyright material. Thanks for taking the moral high ground. Much appreciation, hugs, Marji
