Had impressions of my mouth taken today for a bite splint. Gross!!!

I had TMJ before they knew what TMJ was and gave it a name - been through a zillion impressions too and I know it is "icky" but hopefully you will have relief in the end.

Yuck. Now do something nice for yourself because you were a good patient.

I use to wear a plastic piece in my mouth for my TMJ and remember the impressions....I hope the splint helps you.

Thanks, I can tell that my teeth are getting rough at the edges and I hope it will keep me from grinding.
