You should have an email from Cute Embroidery, announcing the free gift. Click on the link in the email and it should take you to the Easter Egg Gift in the Cute Embroidery site.
I don't think you can access it any other way.

I wouldn't know why you don't get the e-mails. Maybe try contacting Cute and see why. I would think it would be ok to download since she gives the e-mail to all those on her address list. Maybe someone else can confirm.
