Feeling stupid, How do i download my designs from the site,Have paid my subs,love all the designs, have bought a few alphabets,hobbyssss

Never a stupid question, how would we all learn if we didnt ask...there maybe a delay of 24hr before your subscription is accepted, I cant remember, but I know some sites are like that. Take the info from the one gal who gave you a clear lengthy answer, she says it all. You will find they are all helpful, keep an eye out in community, great info for freebies, as well as the "Designs from Cuties".

Seems like you got your answer. I don't have a paid membership so go with what jrob said. Welcome to cute, you will love it here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I have been here just over a year and am so grateful I found this site. Never feel like your questions are stupid, we all started out not knowing where to start.

Please don't feel stupid, we all had to do it for the first time once. Just choose your category that you want to start with as in:
Designs,Alphabets,Redwork,Lace, Applique, or Cross stitch then choose the design that you want to download and click on it's picture. Scroll down underneath the picture where it says Free download for members (this is after you have paid your subscription and be sure that you are logged in) Underneath Free download for members it says Choose a format. Click there then select the format that your machine uses. Click download. It will take you to the download page. Click the Download rectangle, then click on save and put it in the folder on your computer that you have designated for embroidery designs. I hope that is clear and I didn't leave any steps out.
