I am wondering if anyone has done the free ricrac design designs on here ? Are they fsl ?

I have tried the oval shape one that is in Designs By Cuties. It was 2 rows, each a different colour. This meant that you could leave one row off if so desired. It was not free standing lace. Fairly dense and looked nice.
