Could you possibly mean Emblibrary - they are the only site that I know that has a Stitcher's Showcase - here are a couple of the Rooster or Chicken sets that I could see in the Table Linen's and on Emblibrary all the designs that are featured in the Stitcher's Showcase can be purchased on their site.

What were the Colorful Rooster you saw - stitched on?

Not sure where Net Emb is at, but Veronika has a beautiful package of rooster you can purchase here. If you are a paying member they are free. Welcome to Cute. This is the first I've seen you. :)
