Mandy, I use the QA thread all the time, they have a good sheen to them and yes you have to get them in a set. I bought all the sets and the varigated ones, I am running low on some colours but maybe you can pick the set that has the colours you are looking for. Where in Queensland do you live?
5014I have used them many times. If you use a colour quicker than the others, then I guess you would be able to buy good thread a spool at a time. I have had not trouble with the thread quality at all. If you check on ebay there are a couple of people who sell them individually or as small groups of colours and they are brand new. Spotlight is having a sale today and you can get them there so it is a good time to have a look at the groups of colours available as there are six sets of 14 colours and two sets of six varigated colours. Worth a look.

they do have mail order or phone order. It's a good idea to get a VIP card as well. If you decide to try them via mail order, phone a store and ask for someone from the machine embroidery section to find out price/stock codes to do a phone order. Otherwise there is always ebay as it works out similar with postage anyway. Hope this helps. Libby

211078Mandy, I use QA, and others, and don't have any problems. They have a beautiful sheen. The only problem is that you can't buy individual spools, so can't replace the ones you use the most without buying a full pack. Flowers and hugs.
